Brian is passionate about seeing children, young people and families encounter Jesus for themselves.
Having been involved in youth and children's ministry for nearly 35 years, Brian started his journey in ministry as youth pastor at Chadwell Heath Baptist Church, during which he gained a BA honours and JNC qualification in Youth and Community Work at the Centre for Youth Ministry in Cambridge.
Prior to taking on the role as CYF lead for London Baptists, he has worked for a local authority's managing and information and advice shop for young people, run his own business delivering training in schools, before working for the London District of the Methodist Church as their youth and children's coordinator, developing their training and support offer for youth, children and family workers. For the last 2 and a half years Brian has been a training officer at Become Charity that supports care experienced young people, delivering training to professionals across Britain.
Brian is an avid movie goer, a Star Wars and Disney fan and loves travelling, walking and gaming.
