London Baptist Property Board

 The London Baptist Property Board (LBPB) was founded and incorporated on 30 March 1906 by the London Baptist Association. It was established to assist the Churches with the management of their property.

The LBPB has two main areas of operation. It runs a deposit and loan fund for churches, and it acts as a holding trustee for churches. Follow the links below for more information.

Deposit and loan fund

As part of its role, the Board accepts deposits and makes loans to the Churches for property related matters. For more information, including the current interest rates for accounts, please click on this link.

The LBPB as holding trustee

The Board also acts as holding trustee for many London Churches and a few Churches outside London. In 2008 the Board acted as holding trustee for 310 Churches and certain other bodies as listed at the back of the annual report.
