Rev Paul Martin is the Regional Minister with responsibility for the administration of the LBA. He is also responsible for the London Baptist Property Board (LBPB).

Paul moved to this post in 2001 from the pastorate of Leavesden Road, Watford where he had been the minister since 1985. After his training at Regent's Park College in Oxford, he entered the ministry at Lee Mount, Halifax in 1981 where he served until 1985 when he moved to Watford.
